René Pawlitzek is a citizen of Liechtenstein and holds a Master in Computer Science (dipl.ing.inf.ETH) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich). René works as a Research & Development Engineer for the Computer Science department at the IBM Zurich Research Laboratory in Switzerland. Before returning to IBM, he worked in Silicon Valley, California for Hewlett-Packard, Wind River Systems, and Borland International.
